Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to lead the HOCT Clinical Trial Management team for North America, ensuring effective delivery of clinical trials across the R&D portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Head, you will drive strategy, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will build and coach a high-performance team, manage budgets, accelerate trial execution, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree preferred
• Extensive relevant industry experience in management of staff in pharma/biotech environment
• Experience delivering global clinical trials with internal and outsourced delivery
• Strong understanding of drug development and clinical trial execution in a global arena
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and ICH GCP principles
• Extensive understanding of the assigned territory or region

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational direction for clinical trial execution at the country level across all development phases, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality standards, and budget targets
• Lead a team of Clinical Operations professionals, including oversight of Line Managers, Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) and Country Coordinators (CCs)
• Develop and promote a workplace culture that values diversity, integrity, coaching, and accountability
• Manage resource planning and priorities within the cluster to meet trial targets and performance metrics
• Represent RCO and GDO in affiliate-level leadership discussions and interact with external partners and authorities
