Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Associate Director of Biostatistics to contribute to trial design, analysis planning, and regulatory submissions within cross-functional Development teams.

You will defend protocols, prepare study reports, and mentor staff, leveraging SAS, R, and Python to advance clinical development while adhering to global standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• PhD (6+ years’ experience) or MS (8+ years’ experience) in statistics/biostatistics with clinical trials experience.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or Python and advanced statistical analysis.
• Great interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Expertise in statistical/clinical trials methodology and regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in design of innovative and efficient clinical trials and study strategy.
• Defends protocols and analysis plans at governance reviews.
• Authors/reviews protocol, SAP, and study reports.
• Presents data and analyses clearly to teams and stakeholders.
• Provides statistical support for regulatory submissions and publications.
• Manages multiple studies ensuring consistency with standards.
