Job summary

Parexel is seeking experienced Project Leaders (PM) and Senior Project Leaders (SPM) to drive global clinical studies for biotech/pharma clients. You will lead project teams, manage timelines, resources and budgets, and coordinate the full development process through regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO (preferred)
• Experience with project scheduling, managing resources and budgets
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions
• Undergraduate degree in clinical/health field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality work
• Coordinate activities across global studies and multiple therapeutic areas
