The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in life sciences or related field, extensive global trial management, and a track record of mentoring teams while upholding regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharma/biotech/clinical research.
• Clinical trial experience in cardiovascular, hepatology/liver disease, or obesity preferred; dermatology beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead complex global trials and cross-functional teams with strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Direct cross-functional global teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and timelines.
• Oversee documentation, risk management, and issue resolution to meet milestones.
• Mentor teams and drive operational excellence and clinical project management best practices.
