Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or a related scientific discipline.
• 10 years of clinical research/monitoring experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
• Proficient with systems and technology to achieve work objectives.
• Strong knowledge of project finances.
• Knowledge of clinical trials conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP and local laws).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead, influence, negotiate and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements and client contracts.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute clinical strategies to meet project goals.
• Ensure quality delivery by monitoring adherence to standards and SOPs.
• Oversee project finances, EAC tracking, and scope changes with potential upsell.
• Lead large, global trials as the primary Clinical Lead with other leads.
• Identify stakeholders and manage internal/external communications.
• Coach and mentor clinical team members and project staff.
