Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care or a scientific discipline.
• Requires 5+ years clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Good knowledge of GCP/ICH regulations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol) and contract requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks through the lifecycle.
• Oversee clinical quality and compliance metrics across projects.
• Manage project finances and monitor estimates at completion (EAC).
• Identify and manage clinical stakeholders and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor clinical team members and support professional development.
• Contribute to clinical delivery strategy for proposals and bid defenses.
