Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with at least 4 years in project management.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies.
• Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
• Serve as primary liaison with sponsors and communicate project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Set direction for cross-functional teams and monitor performance to meet milestones.
• Support bid defenses and contribute to winning new business.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; drive CAPA actions.
