You will lead clinical teams, coordinate with Project Leaders, and manage recruitment, budgeting, and risk across lifecycle. Honing cross-functional collaboration across geographies, you will mentor peers and contribute to delivery strategies for proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• Requires 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent.
• Requires knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Good understanding of project finances and contracting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol) and customer requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to risk mitigation planning and manage clinical risks through the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clinical quality delivery by defining standards and monitoring compliance.
• Manage project finances including EAC, monitor changes against baseline and identify opportunities.
• Identify stakeholder landscape and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical team to achieve milestones and report to stakeholders.
• Oversee resourcing and talent planning for the clinical team and provide mentorship.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Support development of clinical delivery strategy for proposals and participate in bid defenses.
