Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Clinical Lead Director to join the clinical delivery team and lead multi-regional trials with your clinical expertise and leadership. You will partner with Project Leaders and other functions to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of high-quality clinical results.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical research, strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, and the ability to guide and mentor clinical teams while coordinating with stakeholders across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care or a scientific discipline is required.
• Requires 10 years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use clinical trial systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery in compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage clinical risk and quality plans.
• Lead clinical strategies and deliver large, global trials.
• Manage project finances and EAC-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Provide mentoring and development for clinical team members.
• Support business development with clinical delivery plans.
