IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead to drive delivery of large, multi-regional trials. You will lead clinical teams, partner with Project Leaders, and ensure all work aligns with SOPs, SOPs, and regulatory standards to meet contractual requirements.

You will manage recruitment strategies, risk plans, and financial aspects, while guiding a high-quality clinical delivery and stakeholder communications globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in health care or a scientific field is required.
• 7+ years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge for clinical trials.

• Lead clinical teams to deliver large, multi-regional studies.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and project plans.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor clinical quality issues.
• Manage project finances and EAC; identify out-of-scope work.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and support milestones.
• Mentor peers and contribute to clinical delivery strategy.
