Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Operations in Lake Mary, Florida, with four to seven years of experience in operations or client services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience in an operational area and/or client services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
• Subaccounting and/or Brokerage experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the client operations team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
• Serve as the point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise. Liaison between clients and product/engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.
