Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Senior Manager Global Channel Development Sustainability to lead the 2030 sustainability roadmap across six global partnerships. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate regulatory changes into plans, and manage risk to protect the license to operate.

You will steer EPR workstreams, advise on sustainability integration in product development, and ensure initiatives align with corporate commitments and enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading sustainability or regulatory programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the 2030 GCD Sustainability roadmap across global partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration with Enterprise Sustainability, Legal, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.
• Translate evolving regulations into actionable plans to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Steer US EPR workstreams within the Taskforce, aligning with external advisors.
• Advise brand and product owners to embed sustainability in innovation via clear evaluation.
