Prometric is a trusted test development and delivery provider with global reach. This Senior Manager, Global Billing role leads the worldwide billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across regions and business units.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax, and IT to optimize processes and controls while driving customer experience and revenue outcomes. The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, global policy standardization, and ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years in billing/finance ops, order-to-cash, or revenue operations.
• 3+ years managing teams across geographies.
• Experience overseeing global billing across regions and business units.
• Proficient with ERP, billing, CRM, and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to lead process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global billing operations and SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end billing activities: setup, pricing validation, invoicing, adjustments, credits, rebills, disputes.
• Establish global billing policies, workflows, and controls accommodating regional needs.
• Mentor billing managers and teams across multiple geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual work and accelerate cycles.
• Develop SOPs, controls, and escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance Systems, and business stakeholders to optimize platforms and integrations.
• Support compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
