Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to support day-to-day administration of employee benefits, LOA, and global workplace accommodations. Reporting to the Global Director, Benefits, the role requires attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, vendors, managers, and employees to ensure accurate, compliant benefits and leave programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering employee benefits and Leave of Absence programs.
• Experience administering workplace accommodations and participating in the interactive accommodation process, preferably within a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits, FMLA, ADA, state leave programs, disability administration, and related regulations.
• Experience working with third-party leave administrators and insurance carriers.
• Experience using Workday or another HRIS platform.
• Strong organizational, analytical, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across the Americas.
• Coordinate employee leave requests including FMLA and state/provincial leaves.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, HRBP, Payroll and vendors on leave processes.
• Review leave documentation and coordinate with employees and vendors for missing information.
• Monitor leave status, return-to-work dates, and payroll impacts.
• Maintain leave records in Workday and vendor systems.
• Ensure compliance with leave laws and policies.
• Support interactive accommodation process as appropriate.
• Administer the global workplace accommodations process in accordance with policy and local laws.
• Coordinate accommodation requests and ensure timely, confidential processing.
• Review documentation for completeness and obtain additional information as needed.
• Partner with People BPs, managers, Legal, and stakeholders during the accommodation process.
• Coordinate implementation of approved accommodations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential accommodation records and track requests.
