Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Benefits and LOA Specialist to provide benefit and leave of absence administration and employee support within a centralized People Services function in the United States. The role emphasizes adherence to Salesforce policies, timely case management, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, ESBPs, and legal counsel.

The ideal candidate will manage LOA programs, collaborate with vendors, and partner with Health & Safety to ensure compliant, scalable processes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in human resources, including benefit and leave of absence administration and vendor management.
• Experience aligned to company values and behaviors (e.g. leadership roles, volunteer work).
• Prior experience in a centralized HR function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Benefit and LOA vendors and Salesforce employees.
• Interpret and apply understanding of Employee Benefits, Leave of Absence, Salesforce policies and practices, and other regulations to provide advice and guidance.
• Maintain proper case management using team dashboards to ensure timely and accurate responses based on KPIs.
• Identify trends in the case management system and create training opportunities for the T1 team and SMEs.
• Partner with global stakeholders to create seamless employee experiences for complex LOA programs.
