The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of progressive experience in global benefits and HR leadership roles, deep expertise across benefits programs, and strong stakeholder management skills. This position includes a salary range of $178,000.00 - $307,050.00.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in global benefits or HR leadership roles.
• Experience in leading global benefits strategies.
• Strong financial acumen with cost modeling.
