Working across multiple countries, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and reliable Total Rewards operations. You will also contribute to audits, regulatory compliance, system enhancements, and process improvements that strengthen the employee experience. Your analytical expertise will help inform benefits and compensation decisions through accurate reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights. This is an opportunity to contribute to a globally distributed organization while helping evolve its benefits and compensation practices.

Accountabilities

As Senior Global Benefits Analyst, you will manage key benefits administration activities, support compensation programs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective global Total Rewards operations.

  • Administer global benefits programs covering medical coverage, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and locally required statutory benefits.
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including employee eligibility, enrollments, life events, claims support, and vendor data files.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues, escalating complex or high-risk matters when necessary.
  • Maintain continuity of benefits operations during system changes, acquisitions, vendor transitions, and data disruptions.
  • Coordinate with brokers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and other vendors to support service delivery, renewals, and issue resolution.
  • Perform benefits compliance activities, support regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, and contribute to risk management initiatives.
  • Prepare audit documentation, review data, coordinate supporting materials, and track remediation activities.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors on benefits-related compliance reviews and risk mitigation.
  • Support the configuration, testing, and enhancement of benefits systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Assist with benefits implementations, vendor transitions, and system upgrades while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve benefits operations through automation, standardization, and streamlined processes.
  • Analyze benefits and compensation data to support operational decisions, financial planning, and Total Rewards strategy.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and analytical insights for HR and Benefits leadership.
  • Support annual and off-cycle benefits activities through data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Contribute to compensation initiatives, including market benchmarking, salary analysis, and the maintenance of compensation data and salary structures.
  • Provide analytical support for job offers, promotions, internal transfers, and other compensation-related decisions.
  • Assist with annual and off-cycle compensation processes, including data preparation, auditing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR teams to address compensation-related questions, data requests, and projects.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal benefits inquiries and maintain effective relationships with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, brokers, and vendors.
  • Stay informed about global benefits trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.
  • Protect confidential company, employee, and customer information by following applicable information security, data privacy, and training requirements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong benefits administration expertise, analytical capabilities, and experience supporting global or multi-country programs. You should be comfortable working independently in a complex environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and regions.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country employee benefits programs.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration systems, HRIS platforms, and vendor data feeds.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits programs, with exposure to international and multi-country benefits practices.
  • Solid understanding of benefits administration and operational processes.
  • Working knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, and market benchmarking.

  • Effective stakeholder management and vendor relationship capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and compensation information with discretion and maintain appropriate data privacy and security standards.
  • Willingness to stay current with global benefits regulations, market developments, and emerging best practices.
