  • Manage ad hoc job actions, salary review requests, and other HR compensation-related activities.

  • Coordinate annual merit cycles and market benchmarking reviews, analyzing survey data for base salaries, bonuses, and allowances across relevant markets and geographic zones.

  • Administer variable pay programs, allowances, collective bargaining agreements, and country-specific union or statutory salary increases.

  • Develop and maintain job architecture, including job profiles, descriptions, families, grades, and pay scales, to support competitive and consistent compensation structures.

  • Advise managers and HR Business Partners on salary actions, internal equity, job classification, new-hire compensation, promotions, bonuses, allowances, and internal mobility.

  • Maintain accurate job and compensation structures within Workday, working with HR data teams to ensure pay scales and system configurations are up to date.

  • Contribute to total rewards strategy and coordinate with benefits specialists to ensure alignment across compensation and benefits programs.

  • Oversee internal and external compensation reporting, audits, and salary surveys.

  • Develop broader Total Rewards knowledge through benefits cross-training and ongoing learning, supporting cross-functional collaboration and coverage.

  • Project management experience, including change management, training, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Knowledge of related business functions such as accounts payable, payroll, accounting, finance, benefits, and broader HR operations.

  • Excellent organizational, administrative, prioritization, and time management skills, with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems; Workday experience is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with global compensation platforms and salary survey tools.
