Job summary

Dragos, Inc. seeks a seasoned Global Alliances Senior Partner Program Manager to execute the global partner program strategy and operationalize it across distributors, VARs, OEMs, GSIs, and hyperscaler marketplaces.

The role interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent, high-quality partner experience. Success requires strong project management skills, multi-stream coordination, and a track record of driving activation,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in channel program management or partner operations in a B2B enterprise software or cybersecurity company.
• Experience executing partner programs across distribution, resellers, GSIs, and cloud marketplaces.
• Deep understanding of indirect go-to-market motions and partner lifecycle management.
• Ability to operationalize multi-stakeholder processes without direct authority.
• Experience with legal agreement workflows, partner contracts, and working with Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Execute global partner program framework across all five segments (Distributors, VARs, OEMs, GSIs, hyperscaler providers).
• Drive enablement programs: trainings, certifications, deal desk processes, partner-facing resources.
• Improve partner support infrastructure and establish SLAs for high-quality support.
• Own end-to-end partner onboarding and intake processes to reduce time-to-active.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to accelerate contract execution and maintain compliance.
