Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced insurance professional in Dallas to support global new business and renewal submissions, gather data, and present submissions to underwriters.

You will intake requests from IMA market offices and route them efficiently, while maintaining high accuracy in premium and commission calculations. The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a preferred associate or bachelor’s degree, and CISR/CIC designation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of similar or related experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CISR and/or CIC.
• Experience with MS Office products required (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Limited travel required (less than 25%).
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Strong analytical and insurance interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and market global new business and renewal submissions, gathering information and delivering submissions to underwriters.
• Intake service requests from IMA market offices and route them appropriately.
• Request loss runs from carriers and international broker partners.
• Verify and reconcile premium and commissions; prepare commission statements.
• Enter policy information for accounts in internal systems; liaise with international broker partners.
• Create commission allocations for foreign revenues and account workbooks and summaries.
• Interact professionally with clients and partners via email, phone, and in person.
