IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks an experienced insurance administrative professional to support global submissions, intake requests, and premium/commission reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with international broker partners and internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and timely delivery of information. With 3+ years in the industry and a focus on communication and analytical skills, you will contribute to client service, accuracy, and efficiency across renewal

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CISR or CIC designation required or pursued.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and market global new business & renewal submissions, gathering information and delivering submissions to underwriters.
• Intake service requests from IMA market offices and process or assign accordingly.
• Request loss runs from carriers and international broker partners.
• Verify and reconcile accuracy of premium and commissions and prepare commission statements.
• Enter accounts into internal and partner data systems and act as liaison with international broker partners.
