Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. in Wichita, KS seeks a seasoned professional to manage global new business and renewal submissions, gather data, and coordinate with international broker partners.

The role involves intake of service requests, loss run requests, premium/commission verification, and internal data entry across systems. CISR/CIC is preferred along with 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of similar or related experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CISR and/or CIC.
• Experience with MS Office products required (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and market global new business & renewal submissions and gather information.
• Intake service requests from IMA market offices and route accordingly.
• Request loss runs from carriers and international broker partners.
• Verify and reconcile premium and commissions; prepare statements.
• Responsible for data entry of accounts in internal systems.
• Act as liaison between IMA service teams and international broker partners.
