Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. in Overland Park, KS, seeks an experienced insurance professional to support global new business and renewal submissions, intake service requests, and liaison with international broker partners.

This role emphasizes accurate premium/commission data and timely client communication. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, a preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, and professional designations (CISR/CIC).

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CISR and/or CIC.
• Experience with MS Office products required (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Limited travel required (less than 25%).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and insurance interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and market global new business & renewal submissions, gathering information and presenting to underwriters.
• Intake service requests from IMA market offices and process or assign accordingly.
• Request loss runs from carriers and international broker partners.
• Verify and reconcile accuracy of premium and commissions; prepare commissions statements.
• Under minimal guidance, enter accounts into internal/partner data systems.
• Act as liaison between IMA service teams and international broker partners for reverse flow accounts.
• Create commission allocations for foreign revenues and account workbooks/summaries.
