Job summary

Kovach Enclosure Systems seeks a Senior Project Manager to own and lead project delivery across estimating, contracts, engineering, manufacturing, and field operations. You will coach and develop project managers and assistants while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability on every project.

You will oversee procurement, schedule management, and value-engineered solutions, directing labor and material allocations to sites, and acting as a primary liaison with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, glazing/facade preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP) or glazing certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee glazing projects on schedule and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with estimating, contracts, engineering, manufacturing, and field ops.
• Draft communications, RFIs, change orders, and reports.
