Focus on cost control, value engineering, and on-time delivery while maximizing profitability and maintaining ESOP-driven ownership culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison between Kovach and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit submittals and materials per scope.
• Review scope and drawings for compliance; track changes.
• Create and update Kovach project schedule to track milestones.
• Perform material take-offs and manage cost control.
• Generate monthly cost-at-completion reports and change orders.
• Issue and track purchase orders; assist with logistics.
