Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit project submittals and materials.
• Review scope to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage costs and perform material take-offs.
• Generate monthly cost-at-completion reports.
• Issue and track purchase orders and material deliveries.
• Maintain effective communication with all project parties.
