Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Glass and Glazing, Project Manager for our Indianapolis/Carmel operations. You will lead safety, QA/QC, scheduling, takeoffs, and subcontractor coordination to maximize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. Local candidates preferred but not required; extensive coordination with field teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience estimating, PM, and managing glass and glazing scopes.
• Ability to read specs/drawings; strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and branch safety programs.
• Create/manage punch lists and QA/QC compliance.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Develop job schedules and coordinate with field supervision.
• Manage takeoffs, order materials, and change orders.
• Oversee job cost control and FAWs.
