Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from award through closeout while coordinating field operations, budgets, schedules, and client communication. This is a full-time position within CanTex. The Commercial Glass Senior Project Manager will report to the VP of Glass and the President/CEO of CanTex.

• Manage multiple commercial glass projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Routinely visit job sites to ensure work is being done accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee coordination of scheduling with General Contactors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate material procurement, shop drawings and job scheduling.
• Ensure safety protocols are developed and followed.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with GC’s & clients.
• Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and service crews.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and contracts to ensure project compliance.
