Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a General Ledger Senior Accountant in Denver, CO. You will own prepaid expenses, lease accounting, and the month-end close, partnering with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to manage lease commencements and impact on the general ledger.

Responsibilities include reconciling LeaseLiabilities and ROU assets, maintaining prepaid sub-ledger accuracy, and supporting audits and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end financial reporting processes.
• 4–6 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Experience with consolidations, joint ventures, and intercompany transactions.
• Experience with leases accounting.
• Working knowledge of internal controls and accounting best practices.
• A knack for driving process improvements and efficiency.
• Keen attention to detail, even when moving quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Audit support and due diligence exposure a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review new lease agreements and input into LeaseQuery.
• Reconcile prepaid expenses sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Prepare prepaid waterfalls across consolidated entities.
• Record monthly close journal entries and support fluctuation analysis.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on leases, modifications, and prepaids.
• Support audits, due diligence, and other projects as needed.
• Track and reconcile lease activity month-to-month.
• Assist with monthly reporting and close processes.
