Job summary

Crusoe is a Denver, CO-based company seeking a General Ledger Senior Accountant to own prepaid expenses and leases, manage month-end close, and partner across Finance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure accurate lease commencements.

You will reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger, prepare prepaid waterfalls, and support audits in a fast-paced, energy AI infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Experience with leases accounting and GAAP.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review new lease agreements and input into LeaseQuery.
• Track and reconcile lease activity monthly.
• Coordinate lease commencements with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
• Reconcile Lease Liabilities and ROU Asset balances to GL.
• Reconcile prepaid expenses sub-ledger to GL.
• Prepare and reconcile Prepaid asset waterfalls across entities.
• Record monthly close journal entries and support monthly reporting.
