Job summary

Epicor Software Corp in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the General Ledger Accounting responsibilities, focusing on AP-related balance sheet reconciliations, subledger resolution, and accrual management. You will leverage automation and emerging tools to simplify, accelerate, and improve accuracy across close processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in progressive accounting with GL experience.
• BS in Accounting or related field with US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience reconciling AP subledgers to GL.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reconciliations for AP-related balance sheet accounts and subledgers; investigate variances.
• Partner with AP team to clear aged/open items, including unmatched invoices and credits.
• Prepare, record, and review AP-related accruals and related journal entries.
• Perform account analysis and flux reviews; explain significant movements.
