Job summary

Epicor Software Corp is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to drive monthly close, prepare entries, and reconcile revenue accounts. You will analyze revenue trends, support audits, and help strengthen controls across revenue processes.

This hands-on role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in accounting (2+ in revenue accounting) and strong ASC 606 knowledge, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting, including 2+ years in revenue accounting.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience preparing journal entries and monthly reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPA is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manual journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation for monthly close.
• Prepare and document monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze revenue fluctuations and support accurate reporting.
• Prepare timely financial reports and provide analysis to business partners.
• Support improvements to deferred and unbilled revenue reconciliations and controls.
• Assist with audit requests and contribute to process improvements and automation.
