Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Technology, Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training.
• Experience creating training materials, presentations, and user documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to users with different experience levels.
• Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on technical training.
• Create lesson plans, presentations, user guides, exercises, job aids, and reference materials.
• Evaluate training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Provide training on GIS applications, workflows, data management, and related business processes.
• Update training materials as systems, processes, and requirements change.
• Develop user manuals, quick-reference guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate user feedback.
• Provide technical assistance to users following training.
