Responsibilities include promoting sustainable GIS workflows, facilitating workshops, and expanding ArcGIS adoption. Travel up to 20% domestically and up to 40% including international engagements, with strong focus on clear communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional experience with Esri software; 5+ years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases.
• 2+ years classroom facilitation and instructional delivery experience.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing learners.
• Strong listening and feedback integration to improve delivery and course materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Travel up to 20% domestically to support 10-15 onsite trainings annually; up to 40% including international.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Grow user skills by developing and delivering training programs in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Ensure sustainable GIS workflows by advising on best practices and running workshops.
• Expand ArcGIS adoption by demonstrating capabilities and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
