Job summary

KEITH Engineering Design is seeking an experienced GIS Specialist/GIS Administrator to support FDOT District Four. The role involves administering ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, developing GIS applications, and providing technical support across enterprise geospatial resources.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GIS experience, strong ArcGIS skills (ArcCatalog, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro), and proficiency in SQL and Python.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive GIS/geospatial experience.
Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online administration.
Proficiency with SQL and Python.
Experience with Esri desktop apps (ArcCatalog, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro).
Experience in multi-user GIS environments and version control.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide GIS analysis, programming, application development, and technical support.
Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments.
Develop and maintain GIS apps and workflows using Esri tools (Dashboards, StoryMaps, Instant Apps, Experience Builder).
Work with ArcGIS databases, datasets, apps, and workflows; support data integration.
Utilize SQL and Python for data management, automation, and development.
Collaborate with FDOT users, developers, and stakeholders; document processes.
