About the Role:

We are looking for a GIS Developer to build, support, and maintain custom GIS applications using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x. The developer will create web apps, dashboards, and tools for internal teams such as roadway, traffic, and maintenance units. The role includes GIS development, system administration, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom web GIS apps using:
• Portal for ArcGIS
• ArcGIS Server
• Experience Builder (Developer & Hosted)
• Administer ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, Data Stores, users, security).
• Build scalable map/feature/geoprocessing services.
• Automate workflows using Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python).
• Integrate GIS apps with enterprise systems.
• Support departments for roadway, traffic, maintenance, and asset management.
• Document workflows and support end users.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years GIS development (1–2 years with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x).
• Strong with:
• Experience Builder
• ArcGIS Server & Portal
• ArcGIS Pro
• Python (ArcPy & API for Python)
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise and federated services.

Preferred:

• Experience in transportation public-sector, or DOT environments.
