Job summary

Esri in the Southeast is seeking a GIS Senior Solution Engineer for State and Local Government to lead technical engagements and illustrate how Esri solutions address complex government challenges. You will build relationships with enterprise decision-makers, present and tailor demonstrations, and design solutions that combine GIS data with real-time streams, IoT and analytics.

This role requires a Master’s degree and strong knowledge of Esri technology; you will mentor peers and represent Esri

Qualifications

Experience integrating real-time streams with GIS data and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of digitalization strategies including mobile, IoT, analytics and data science (AI/ML) and imagery.
Master’s degree in geography, computer science, engineering, or related field.
Comprehension of Esri technology and competitive total rewards; base salary range estimation.

Responsibilities

Build relationships. Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team. Lead technical meetings that drive revenue.
Be an expert. Be a technical leader of Esri technology and a SM of local government. Coach teammates on best practices.
Craft and propose solutions that show GIS value and align Esri technology with customers’ business needs.
Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences; provide configuration guidance; present at conferences.
