Job summary

Enterris Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (GIS focus) to design and maintain dashboards that track rebuild projects and program items. You will integrate data from management, permitting, schedule, and cost systems into a single view for leadership and community use.

The role combines project management with hands-off GIS, spatial data management, and data visualization, ideally with public works or public agency experience. Disaster recovery experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of GIS analysis, spatial data management, and dashboard/data visualization development.
• Demonstrated experience building interactive dashboards for management and public audiences.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems into a single reporting view.
• Experience designing and maintaining spatial databases, including data standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements for public-facing web content.
• Experience handling sensitive property and resident data with privacy considerations.
• Excellent oral and written communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track rebuild projects for management and the public.
• Integrate data from project management, permitting, schedule, and cost systems into a single reporting view.
• Maintain spatial databases with data standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Automate data processing and reporting using Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Respond to ad hoc data, mapping, and analysis requests on short timelines.
• Produce maps, exhibits, and reports for executive briefings and community meetings.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility for public-facing web maps and dashboards.
• Translate technical data into clear information for non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with program managers, IT, permitting staff, and partner jurisdictions.
