Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of GIS analysis and data analysis experience.
• Educational background in GIS, geography, data science, civil engineering, urban planning, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Pro/Online/Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive GIS dashboards to track rebuild projects and performance metrics.
• Build dashboards using ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Present project status, schedules, costs, and milestones with clear data visualizations.
• Prepare maps, exhibits, and reports for executive briefings and community meetings.
• Integrate data from PM, permitting, schedule, and cost systems into reporting views.
