Job summary

Blue Stone Management seeks a Project Manager II with GIS & data analytics to support a major disaster recovery initiative in Los Angeles County. This on-site role develops GIS dashboards, integrates project data, and creates maps and reports for executives and communities.

You'll use Esri ArcGIS Pro/Online/Enterprise, Power BI, SQL, and Python to deliver visuals, manage spatial data, and ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility for public content.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management with a GIS focus.
• 5+ years GIS analysis, data management, and dashboards.
• Degree in GIS, Geography, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into unified reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive GIS dashboards.
• Integrate project management, permitting, scheduling, and cost data.
• Prepare maps and reports for executive briefings and community meetings.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility in public data products.
• Provide data-driven insights to management and stakeholders.
