Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS/Geography/Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years PM experience at PM II level or 15+ years at PM III level.
• 5+ years GIS analysis, spatial data management, and dashboard/data visualization.
• Experience with project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Enterprise.
• Dashboard development with ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, or Power BI.
• Experience integrating data from PM, scheduling, and cost systems.
• Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility for public-facing content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS-related project activities, schedules, and stakeholder requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to track progress and KPIs.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into unified reporting views.
• Maintain spatial databases, data standards, QA/QC procedures, and update workflows.
• Prepare maps, exhibits, and reports for executive briefings and community meetings.
• Ensure accessibility of dashboards and digital content.
