Job summary

Cumming Group in Alhambra, CA is hiring a GIS Project Manager to lead GIS-driven dashboards and reporting for rebuild projects. You will collaborate across disciplines, manage complex programs, and deliver data-rich insights to clients including the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.

The role requires senior-level GIS and PM experience in a dynamic consultancy setting. The position emphasizes ArcGIS Pro/Online proficiency, data integration, and producing clear maps and reports for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Data Science, Civil Eng, Urban Planning or related field.
At least 10 years of project management experience.
At least 5 years of GIS and data analysis experience.
Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
GISP certification preferred; ADA/WCAG knowledge; sensitive data handling.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
Translate client goals to project team members.
Build interactive dashboards with ArcGIS Dashboards, Power BI for management and public audiences.
Integrate data from multiple sources into a single reporting view.
Design and maintain spatial databases, QA/QC, updating procedures.
Organize project team processes and record keeping.
Respond to data, mapping, and analysis requests on short timelines.
Produce maps, exhibits, and reports for executive briefings.
