Job summary

Serigor Inc. is seeking a Senior GIS Programmer to support our City GIS program in Towson, MD. The role focuses on development and maintenance of ArcGIS Server applications and related GIS tools, with collaboration across IT and city stakeholders.

You will work on ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, ArcObjects, and CityWorks interfaces, using C#, Python, SQL and web technologies to enhance spatial data processing, reporting, and map services. Hybrid work up to two days remote weekly.

Qualifications

• Five+ years developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, Collector, ArcSDE and ArcGIS Mobile.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures and triggers.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• GIS application development and maintenance/upgrades.
• ArcGIS Server web application development and maintenance.
• Support configuration in CityWorks and GIS web services used for CityWorks.
• Repair and upgrade facilities/utility toolsets written in Visual C# with ArcObjects SDK 10.1.
