Job summary

Turning Point Global Solutions LLC is seeking a Sr. Geographic Information System Programmer (GIS) / Systems Analyst to develop and support GIS applications for the Office of Information Technology and the Office of Planning.

The project includes upgrading an Agricultural Preservation Model and ArcGIS Pro Add-In, using C#/Python and ArcGIS technologies. The location is Towson, MD with a hybrid schedule (3 days in Towson).

Qualifications

• Five+ years developing/modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and Python.
• Three+ years with Esri ArcGIS technologies and related APIs.
• Experience with ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python.
• Strong SQL knowledge; reports via SSRS/Power BI.
• Relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop GIS applications within an Enterprise GIS environment.
• Conduct code reviews, documentation, planning, and software development.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise databases.
