Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years of experience; education can substitute for experience up to four years.
Experience may substitute for education up to four years per policy.
Familiarity with GIS datasets and enterprise GIS environments.
Experience with Esri tools and spatial data management.

Responsibilities

Researches, analyzes, architects, develops, implements and configures technological solutions.
Administers, monitors, and maintains IT systems; investigates complex business requirements.
Develops business process models and data flow diagrams for all levels of the organization.
Performs bug tracking, QA, disaster recovery planning, and training delivery.
Develops reports and analyses; installs software releases and upgrades; enforces IT policies.
