Job summary

The City of Austin seeks an IT Application Analyst Senior to design, configure, and support GIS software and enterprise systems. You will analyze complex business requirements, develop workflows, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement scalable GIS solutions within ESRI's Enterprise GIS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the job and two years of experience; higher education may substitute for experience.
• Experience with GIS and ESRI Enterprise GIS ecosystem is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, architect, and implement technological solutions.
• Administer, monitor, and maintain IT systems.
• Analyze complex business requirements and provide impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Perform QA tasks and disaster recovery planning.
