Job summary

England-Thims & Miller, Inc. (ETM) is seeking a Senior Geospatial Solutions Consultant to lead client projects, mentor staff, and deliver GIS/EAM solutions across multiple accounts.

You will own project scope, budgets, and timelines, and provide strategic guidance to clients while partnering with leadership to ensure high-quality, in-scope deliverables. The role requires strong GIS expertise, experience with AGOL/OpenGov/Cityworks, and the ability to translate client needs into technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years' experience deploying GIS/EAM applications.
• Minimum of two (2) years leading projects with GIS/EAM applications.
• Experience administering and configuring Enterprise Asset Management software (OpenGov, Cityworks, etc...).
• Experience administering and configuring AGOL (ArcGIS Online)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical authority on GIS & Asset Management solutions.
• Own client relationships ensuring we meet client priorities.
• Lead internal, client kickoff calls and status calls at a regular cadence.
• Document workflows, notes and technical solutions to translate client needs to technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for expanded scope and additional services.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to Geospatial Consultants and Analysts.
• Lead and assist in scoping efforts for new and existing portfolio of projects, set LOE, and monitor time against budget.
