Job summary

England-Thims & Miller, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geospatial Solutions Consultant to lead client projects in Geospatial Technologies.

The role drives high-value GIS/EAM deployments, mentors team members, and ensures projects stay within scope and budget while delivering technically sound solutions. The successful candidate will oversee GIS/Asset Management integration, guide Agile-like processes, and represent ETM at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years' experience deploying GIS/EAM applications.
• Minimum of two (2) years leading GIS/EAM projects.
• Experience administering Enterprise Asset Management software (OpenGov, Cityworks, etc.).
• Experience administering and configuring ArcGIS Online (AGOL).

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and ensure we meet client priorities.
• Lead internal and client kickoff calls and regular status calls.
• Document workflows and translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for expanded scope and additional services.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight.
• Manage project financials including LOE, invoicing, and scope adherence.
