Job summary

Ducks Unlimited is seeking a Manager, Extra Gift Appeals to oversee revenue generation and strategic execution of Direct Marketing’s cultivation program. You will work closely with the Director of Annual Giving to align tactics with fundraising objectives and manage budgets and analytics.

You will lead cross-functional campaigns, analyze results, and optimize donor experiences across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years in direct marketing and donor cultivation.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Blackbaud CRM experience is a plus.
• Analytical thinker with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting abilities.
• Leadership mindset with ability to guide fundraising professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated omni-channel direct marketing plans to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on creative, content, and segmentation.
• Prepare budgets and analyze campaign performance vs. targets.
• Ensure campaigns comply with industry guidelines and ROI goals.
• Input and maintain campaign data in Blackbaud CRM and related systems.
• Monitor campaign results and adjust strategy based on data.
