Job summary

Ducks Unlimited National Headquarters in Memphis, TN, is seeking a full-time Manager, Extra Gift Appeals. This role leads integrated direct marketing campaigns for cultivation, driving revenue and donor retention while aligning with fundraising objectives.

You will work with the Director of Annual Giving to execute strategies and manage analytics, budgets, and campaigns. The position reports to the Director of Annual Giving and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years in direct marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of integrated, omni-channel direct marketing plans for Direct Marketing’s cultivation program.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on creative, content, and segmentation ensuring messaging and creativity aligns with overall strategy.
• Assist Director with annual program budgets and ongoing financial review by analyzing recent results and projecting future performance.
• Evaluate campaign expenses against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Input and maintain campaign data in Blackbaud CRM, including creating marketing assets and segmentation files.
• Approve print counts and pricing to ensure expenses align with budget.
• Explore and implement innovative strategic initiatives as directed by leadership.
• Ensure cohesive marketing plans that deliver optimal donor experience and revenue generation.
